Are you ready? The Canadian Federation of Agriculture is having its annual general meeting this Wednesday, February 27th, in our lovely nation's capital.

Being the largest gathering of Canadian leaders in farming, most ministers, deputies and presidents of all major agriculture organizations will attend and make policy recommendations to promote the prosperity of our farmers.

Central to the discussions this year is technology: one panel discussion focuses on big data collection and privacy; and Motorleaf is excited to present about the use of Canadian artificial intelligence tools to uphold the prosperity of our greenhouse vegetable sector. Motorleaf also has an exhibition table, so do drop by to meet us and ask any questions about our cutting-edge greenhouse technologies.

Would you like to schedule a meeting? Send a message to Jason, who is eager to meet you at the event:

Wake up early this Thursday

Our presentation opens the Thursday session of the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Here are the details for the time and place:

  • Thursday at 8:00 - 8:30 a.m., at the Carleton Room on the 2nd level of the Ottawa Marriott Hotel.

There is no need to register and all AGM attendees are encouraged to join us. We will have coffee and snacks waiting for you.

Presentation overview

Artificial intelligence (AI) is the latest technology revolutionizing agriculture, where Canada is a world leader in building AI innovations. We have a treat for you: Be sure not to miss this breakfast presentation from Motorleaf, a Montreal-based agriculture technology company that develops AI automation services for the greenhouse production of vegetables and cannabis.

Get your own high-tech crystal ball and see the future of your greenhouse operations with artificial intelligence; act now using these government subsidies so you can get this cost-saving technology for free. You can now automate harvest yield estimates and disease scouting and gain insights into growing conditions that cause skin cracking and blemishes in vegetables. Using your greenhouse data, we will develop custom-made AI automation technology that will only work at your farm.

While the presentation itself will be in English, handouts will be available in French.

Can't make it to CFA and want to know more about our AI technology for greenhouses? We are ready to provide a free consultation when you are ready. Simply drop us a request by filling out this short form:
